Who is responsible

37x Limited operates this site and is the controller for the optional analytics described here. 37x Limited is a Guernsey non-cellular company, company number CMP76157, incorporated on 18 July 2025. Its registered office is Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, St. Peter Port, GY1 1AR, Guernsey. Privacy questions and data rights requests can be sent to doug.scott@asapventures.co.uk.

What we process

Our hosting and security providers process normal technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics receives usage events such as pages viewed and outbound-link interactions. We configure the tag without advertising storage, ad personalisation or Google Signals.

Your choice and legal basis

Optional analytics is based on your consent. It does not load until you choose “Accept analytics”. You can withdraw consent at any time using Privacy settings; this removes the analytics tag and attempts to clear its first-party cookies.

Recipients, retention and transfers

Technical request data is handled by our hosting and security providers. Consented analytics events are processed by Google. The browser-stored consent choice remains until you clear site data; user-level Analytics event data uses Google Analytics’ standard two-month retention setting, while aggregated reporting may remain available for longer. Google may process data outside the UK under its applicable data-protection and international transfer terms.

Retail links

Following an external retailer link takes you to another organisation with its own privacy practices. Some clearly marked links are paid affiliate links, including Amazon UK Associates links. Affiliate status does not change the evidence order. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Your UK data rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law gives you rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability, plus the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
